Our Story

Two Decades of Building Bridges

Founded in 2005, the Tianjin International Enterprise Cultural Exchange Center (TIECEC) began with a simple conviction: that genuine understanding between cultures grows through lived experience, not just transactions. As a nonprofit organization, we have never been driven by profit margins — we are driven by the relationships we build and the trust we earn.

Over the past 20 years, we have connected thousands of international professionals with Chinese partners across healthcare, enterprise, and culture. What started as cultural exchange programs has grown into a comprehensive ecosystem of services — yet our mission remains unchanged. We exist to make China feel less foreign and more like a place you can always return to.

Today, our work spans 15+ countries and 40+ partner hospitals, but every connection still begins the same way: with a conversation, a shared story, and the belief that bridges are built one relationship at a time.
