The Tianjin International Enterprise Cultural Exchange Center (TIECEC) is a nonprofit organization that provides coordination, facilitation, and concierge services. Our role is to connect international patients with independent partner hospitals and licensed medical professionals in Tianjin, and to manage the logistical, administrative, and cultural aspects of receiving care abroad. All medical services are provided directly by these independent healthcare institutions and their staff, not by TIECEC.

While we carefully select our partner hospitals based on reputation, accreditation, and capability, TIECEC does not warrant or guarantee the clinical outcomes of any treatment. Medical procedures carry inherent risks, and outcomes can never be assured. Responsibility for medical outcomes rests with the treating hospital and physicians, not with TIECEC.
Any pricing information presented on this website, in our communications, or in preliminary treatment plans is indicative only and does not constitute a final quote or a binding offer. Actual costs depend on many factors that can only be confirmed after a full medical evaluation, including the specific procedures required, the length of hospital stay, the need for additional tests or treatments, medication, and individual patient circumstances.
Final pricing is confirmed in writing by the partner hospital and agreed with you before any treatment begins. TIECEC strives to ensure transparency in all costs and will provide a detailed breakdown of expected charges, but we cannot guarantee that final costs will not differ from initial estimates. Any prepayments are held in escrow and released according to agreed treatment milestones.
